Shipping Policies:
The UCR Campus Store's Shipping and Receiving department operates during normal business hours. Orders are processed on a "first in - first out" basis. However, orders with expedited shipping will be given priority. All orders placed online will be processed and shipped within 48-72 hours. Unless otherwise noted, The UCR Campus Store ships all orders via FedEx. Tracking info will be emailed to customers at time of shipping. Please note that processing and shipping are calculated in business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Also, we cannot ship to APOs or P.O Box addresses.
Shipping Rates apply to all domestic orders placed within the 48 contiguous States, up to 5 lbs. Larger shipments, shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, and international orders will be quoted via email or phone.
